Norris Clean ("we", "us") is a family-run exterior cleaning business based in Bicester, Oxfordshire. This policy explains what data we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and your rights under the UK GDPR.

- Information you submit via our quote or contact forms: name, phone number, email, postcode, property type, services requested, and any message you include.
- Basic technical and analytics data (e.g. pages visited, device type) if and when we add analytics tooling — essential cookies only by default.
2. How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, quote your job, and (if you become a client) carry out the work and keep in touch about it. We may also use anonymised analytics to improve the site.
3. Who we share it with
No one — except where we're legally required to (e.g. a request from law enforcement). We don't sell, rent or share your details with third-party marketers.
4. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your data
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies only by default. If we add analytics in future, we'll ask for your consent first.
6. Data retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact, unless you become a client — in which case we retain your details for as long as we're working together, plus any period required for tax or legal reasons.
